The court rejected the bail applications of the ARk sonsAryan Khan, two friends Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha. Judge gave this detailed order Judge VV Patil issued a detailed order in the evening after rejecting the bail of the three accused including Aryan Khan.

The judge said in his order, "The WhatsApp chat produced by the NCB shows that accused No. 1 has been regularly involved in drug dealing. Therefore, it cannot be said that after getting bail, he will not do such work again. The judge said that the ASG, appearing for NCB in this case, has argued that although no case is already registered against the accused, but the investigation has revealed that they had links with international drug peddlers.

The accused Aryan Khan is an influential person. If he is released on bail, he may tamper with the evidence. Rejecting the bail application, the judge said, "In view of the evidence on record, it cannot be said that all the three accused are not guilty of such offense and they are not likely to commit such offence." In view of all these reasons, I believe that the bail applications deserve to be rejected.
